Welcome to PalmLens (palmlens.xyz). By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description

PalmLens is an AI-powered entertainment service that generates personalized palm readings based on uploaded photographs of your palms. The service uses computer vision and artificial intelligence to analyze palm features and produce a written narrative reading.

PalmLens is for entertainment purposes only. Readings are not scientifically validated and should not be relied upon as professional, medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice of any kind.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use PalmLens. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. How the Service Works

  • You upload clear photographs of both your dominant and non-dominant palms.
  • Our AI analyzes the images and generates a personalized reading of 800-1000 words across 7 sections.
  • Palm images are processed and immediately deleted. They are never stored permanently.
  • Your reading is delivered to the email address you provide and is accessible via a unique recovery link for 7 days, after which it is permanently deleted.

4. Pricing and Voluntary Support

  • Free reading: Palm readings are provided free of charge. No payment is required to receive your reading.
  • Voluntary support: After receiving your reading, you may choose to support PalmLens with a voluntary "pay what you want" contribution. This is entirely optional.
  • Payment processor: Voluntary payments are processed securely through Rampex. PalmLens does not store or have access to your full payment card details.
  • No refunds for voluntary contributions: Since support payments are voluntary and not tied to the delivery of the reading, they are non-refundable.

6. Intellectual Property

  • The reading generated for you is provided for your personal, non-commercial use.
  • The PalmLens brand, website design, AI models, and underlying technology remain the exclusive property of PalmLens.
  • You may share your reading for personal purposes but may not reproduce, resell, or distribute readings commercially.

7. User Responsibilities

By using PalmLens, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate contact information (email address).
  • Upload only photographs of your own palms.
  • Not attempt to reverse-engineer, manipulate, or abuse the AI system.
  • Not use the service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Not submit images containing inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content.

8. Disclaimers

  • Entertainment only: PalmLens readings are generated by artificial intelligence for entertainment purposes. They are not professional advice of any kind.
  • No guarantees: We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any reading. Palm reading, whether traditional or AI-assisted, is not a scientifically proven practice.
  • No reliance: You should not make important life decisions based on a PalmLens reading. For professional guidance, consult qualified professionals in the relevant field.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • PalmLens shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
  • Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific reading in question.
  • We are not liable for any damages resulting from actions taken based on the content of a reading.

10. Privacy

Your use of PalmLens is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the service, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Service Availability

  • We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time, with or without notice.
  • Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen technical issues may temporarily affect service availability.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to palmlens.xyz. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of PalmLens shall be resolved in the courts of Ukraine.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
