• Palm images (uploaded temporarily for AI analysis)

2. How We Use Your Information

• Palm Analysis: Your palm images are processed using Google Gemini AI vision technology to extract palm features and generate your personalized reading. Images are processed and immediately deleted. We do not store your palm photographs.
• Reading Delivery: Your email address is used to deliver your reading and recovery link.
• Reading Storage: Your reading text and extracted feature data (non-image JSON) are stored for 7 days via a secure recovery link, then permanently purged from our systems.
• Service Improvement: Anonymized, aggregated data may be used to improve our AI models and service quality.
• Communication: We may send transactional emails related to your purchase (receipt, reading delivery, recovery link).

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate PalmLens:

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties beyond those listed above.

4. Data Retention

• Palm images: Deleted immediately after AI processing. Never stored permanently.
• Reading text & extracted features: Stored for 7 days from the date of generation, accessible via your unique recovery link. After 7 days, this data is permanently purged.
• Email address & name: Retained only for the 7-day recovery period, then deleted alongside the reading data.
• Payment information: If you make a voluntary support payment, it is processed and stored exclusively by Rampex. We do not have access to your full card details.

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including:

• HTTPS encryption for all data in transit
• Immediate deletion of palm images after processing
• Secure, tokenized access to readings via unique recovery links
• No permanent storage of biometric-adjacent data (palm images)

6. Your Rights Under GDPR

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or Ukraine, you have the following rights:

• Right of Access: Request a copy of data we hold about you.
• Right to Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Right to Erasure: Request deletion of your data (note: palm images are already deleted immediately; reading data is purged after 7 days).
• Right to Restrict Processing: Request limitation of how we process your data.
• Right to Data Portability: Request your data in a machine-readable format.
• Right to Object: Object to processing of your data for certain purposes.
